Slate Custom Opto Compressor is one of the most flexible opto-style dynamic processors out there. Determine how quickly the virtual circuit responds with the speed knob, then adjust the right intensity with the ratio knob. A 5-way tone selector offers sonic options beyond the period-correct Flat setting. Use Smooth to round out harsh high frequencies, Warm to add fat with vintage flex, Aggro to inject snap and punch, or Airy to open up your top end. You also get a Mix control for effortless parallel processing, along with a useful Stereo Link function.
