The PMC 6-2 features two newly designed 150mm bass drivers that work in conjunction with ATL technology to deliver significantly improved bass response rivaling many larger monitors. The tweeter used in the PMC 6-2 is a custom version of an HF driver manufactured by SB Acoustics, a company renowned for its high-quality speaker units. Together, these advanced drivers represent a new level of accuracy and transparency for PMC, whose displays have been essential components of world-class control rooms for decades. To help provide a generous listening sweet spot, the midrange driver is mounted on PMC's unique n-compass waveguide, which optimizes dispersion to achieve a coherent, linear response over a wide horizontal and vertical area.
