Custom Audio Cabling for HD Systems

Audio interface cable designed for connection between devices compatible with the TDIF (Tascam Digital Interface) protocol. It has DB25 connectors on both ends of the cable, allowing you to transfer digital audio in TDIF format between these devices.

Digidesign offers a variety of quality cable options to ensure the fidelity of DB-25 audio signals and their connection between the DB-25 I/O components of your Pro Tools system. Specifically designed for Digidesign equipment, DigiSnakes feature custom colors and labels, have a lifetime warranty, and are comprised of 110 ohm "digital grade" cables that accommodate both digital and analog signals. DigiSnakes make the process of connecting your equipment quick and easy, allowing you to dedicate valuable time to your audio projects instead of dealing with DB-25 wiring.

The DB-25-DB-25 TDIF Only DigiSnake is 12 feet long (approximately 3.6 meters) and is designed specifically for TDIF connections. However, it cannot be used for AES/EBU digital dubbing. For AES/EBU digital dubbing, it is necessary to use two AES/EBU DigiSnakes, connected in series (XLR to XLR).
