It comes with foam pop filter to eliminate explosive syllables, wind noise and other unwanted sounds. And like all good lavalier microphones, it comes with a durable mounting clip that you can easily attach to a shirt, lavalier, or other material for safe, hands-free recording.

Effortless monitoring

Capturing quality audio in the field requires more than just superior microphone technology. To get the best sound, you have to be able to monitor the source as it's being recorded. Not all lavalier microphones come with on-board monitoring, but the iRig Mic Lav does. In fact, among all the major brands, it is the first mobile lavalier microphone to offer this feature.

It comes with a 1/8" TRRS jack. which can be used as an audio output for your favorite headphones. Simply flip the switch next to the "monitor" jack, plug in your headphones, and you're ready to effortlessly record amazing audio.
